During the construction of spiral silos, specialized equipment is exclusively used for the entire process. During the rolling process, the outer wall of the silo is crimped into a spiral ridge with a width of 30-40mm, which is five times the thickness of the material. This significantly enhances the silo's load-bearing capacity, making its overall strength, stability, and earthquake resistance superior to other types of silos. Due to the use of Lipp specialized equipment for bending and crimping in the manufacturing process, the quality of any part of the spiral silo can be ensured, resulting in exceptional sealing performance. When used for storing grain, it can meet the process requirements for pest control and fumigation.
