TGSU Series U-Shaped Scraper Conveyor
The TGSU series U-shaped scraper conveyor is a self-cleaning horizontal continuous conveying equipment primarily used for transporting powdered or granular materials. It can be widely applied in industries such as grain, feed, beer production, light industry, and chemicals. This conveyor is characterized by its simple structure, aesthetically pleasing appearance, compact size, high carrying efficiency, low power consumption, excellent sealing performance, convenient installation and maintenance, and flexible process layout. The bottom of the conveyor casing is designed as a U-shaped trough, and the scraper blades are made of high-quality wear-resistant ultra-high molecular weight polymeric material. This design minimizes wear on the casing, reduces noise, and features a semicircular shape that provides good guidance, low material residue rates, and long service life.
