Screening and Stone Removal Combination Machine

Our company has designed and developed a new type of equipment that integrates material screening, grading, stone removal, and air classification functions based on national conditions and actual process requirements. This equipment enables stone removal and air classification to operate in a good and stable state. By adopting this equipment, production efficiency is improved, energy consumption is reduced, the cleaning process is simplified, the occupied area and space are reduced, installation costs are saved, and maintenance costs are decreased. The machine is easy to adjust and operate. The whole machine operates under good negative pressure to ensure no dust leakage. It features a compact structure and excellent performance in screening, grading, stone removal, and air classification. Due to the adoption of a good air uniformizing device, the stone removal effect is not affected by the production volume. The machine adopts a support installation, making the equipment a complete unit and extremely convenient to install.

This equipment mainly consists of two parts: cleaning and grading/stone removal. The screening deck of the cleaning part is generally equipped with three layers. The number of screening decks will vary depending on the nature of the material being processed. In the beer and malt industry, to reduce losses during grain cleaning, one to two screening decks are generally selected, while in the flour processing industry, to meet hygiene standards for grain, three screening decks are typically used. The grading/stone removal part is generally equipped with two screening decks. The first deck mainly separates light and heavy materials, while the second deck removes stones from the heavy materials.

This machine is also suitable for cleaning, grading, impurity removal, and stone removal processes of grains such as barley, malt, and rice. It is undoubtedly the preferred equipment for updates in the brewing and grain industries.
